Within broad notions of Capitalism, “companies” are known to exhibit all of the behaviors of a psychopath. Simply put, they pursue their narrow intent with ultimate indifference to the consequences for others with the exception of the Board & Shareholders who are in fact part of the monster.

Though the “ethics” of individual companies will differ (or be absent) certain conditions will reveal that they ultimately DON’T really care about “you” or “me” – what they care about is their own success. Government USED TO serve to protect the national (society’s) interests and yet now – even our (USA) Supreme Court has given companies the ability to BUY which ever candidate they want – enormously. What hope have we got?
